Middle reef

Middle Reef distinguishes itself by a coral garden in front of a wonderful drop-off on the east side.

On the south point, the spectacle changes bit by bit, with the coral garden becoming a labyrinth made of coral pillars, gaps and small caverns.

On the north side, a very large coral garden can be found on which coral blocks are laid, covered with soft corals, sea fans and naturally also many hard corals.

One of these rocks is hollow, and a big school of glassfishes fill it up completely.

A small cavern allows to slightly enter the reef and to watch the sunrays entering the cracks in the reef and dancing with waves at the surface.
